Completely incompetent. Forget about trying to call this place no one answers and the one time someone did she was completely rude wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. To top it off I asked this girl when I could bring my vehicle in to get photo inspected by my insurance and she says to call back at 3:30 so I did and god forbid someone answered the phone. To top it off I drove there to see if they could fit me in after multiple days of failed attempts and there were 2 other people there that have the same issue, one person told me they called a total of 17 times before they got a answer. If you’re not going to help people with photo inspection then remove yourself from the list of locations for insurance companies. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wow!!! Wow!!! And Wow!!!! I just moved from the Bronx in January and my speakers blew out while living up here. There are hundreds of custom radio shops in the Bronx but I decided to try my luck up here to support a small business. I was looking at reviews for a while week and when I found Cc Soundz I didn’t like the reviews and was skeptical but I liked how he responded back to most of the negative feed back. I went to 3 other places to get quotes and they were all so unhelpful. When I came here he was extremely busy but heard my story and fit me in anyway. He worked on the car right in front of me and helped me with any questions and inquiries I had about the installation. (Yes they do work outside so if you don’t like the heat or rain bring it another day!!). I never leave reviews but from this experience it was almost like family he even referred me to a competitor just because he didn’t have one of my items in stock. I don’t know who gave these negative reviews but they either work at Best Buy or are friends with some competitors. He even told me that 2 of the negative reviews were spot on and he tried his hardest to resolve the issue. Honesty is always key in my book.

Thanks Joe and Josh for your excellent service at such a great price. My remote start problem was fixed in a very reasonable timeframe while I waited and at an unbeatable price. You guys make local merchants look good! I'm so glad I went to your shop. Highly recommended!!

The worst ever. Took a deposit to install a new stereo in my son's car. Said the harness would be in on Monday and would call us to come in for the simple install. No one called or showed up at the store on Monday. I called Tuesday and they were unapologetic, said the part came in but they could not do the job until Friday. Made an appointment for first thing on Friday morning when they opened. I showed up on time and waited until 10:45 before someone showed up and he clearly did not care if he was late and had a bad attitude. I asked him to give us our deposit back and refused and then took off and said he would come back in an hour. They have no business being in business. Do not go there.
